Refund policy

VIAL DESIGNS: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I care that my products work for you, and if for any reason it doesn't, I want to work things out. Unlike other shops that sell digital products, I’m more interested in your satisfaction and happiness than your money. That said, I do ask for honesty. If you got value from my digital product, please don't ask for a refund simply to save a few dollars. Support those who help you and it will be returned tenfold!

There are, however, some circumstances in which I cannot give refunds, no matter how much I might like, due to time and technical limitations in payment processing systems and other partners. Details on my specific refund policies are as follows:

VIAL DESIGNS WORKSHOP AND COURSE REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your course enrollment we will give you a full refund if you meet both of the following criteria:

- You are requesting your refund within 30 days of purchase.

- You have not progressed (clicked) past Unit 1.

If you meet both of the above criteria,  please email me at hello@vialdesigns.com and we will issue you a full refund.

Please note that our system does not allow us to issue any refunds at all if it is 30 days past your enrollment date, and we are unable to make an exception to this.

VIAL DESIGNS DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS are available on digital products if our system shows that the product download link has been clicked.

If you have purchased one of our digital products, and have NOT clicked the link to access the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund please email hello@vialdesigns.com with a copy of your purchase confirmation email.

The system does not allow us to refund any purchases over 30 days. If you would like a refund and have not downloaded the product, please submit your request prior to the 30-day mark.

VIAL DESIGNS PRINTED PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:

I want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please take the time to review all our photos and product details carefully, as all printed product sales, unless damaged or defective, are final once shipped.

Should you have any issues with the delivery of your book or prints, if you do not receive your book, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in getting your book delivered or replaced.
